Outside of work, Imtiaz enjoys following Huddersfield Town, combining his love for the local community with his enthusiasm for football.

Robert Cranmer, our Operations Director, has built a positive reputation in the care sector with over 10 years of care management across the region.

His extensive experience and dedication to excellence have made him a trusted leader in the field. Robert has a strong interest in mental health and is a passionate advocate for improving mental health support and awareness.

 

As the organisation’s designated safeguarding lead, Robert plays a crucial role in upholding the highest safety and protection standards for those we support.

A keen Bradford City fan and devoted family man, Robert balances his professional commitments with his love for football and quality time with his family. 

Katherine Poppleton, our Manager for our Ofsted services n Huddersfield, brings valuable experience to Aleyah House Ltd, having previously worked in the care sector for a number of years.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, cherishing the moments that bring balance to her life.

Shahid Mustafa is dedicated to providing person-centred care and support, ensuring that each individual's unique needs and preferences are at the heart of our services.

 

His passion for promoting nutrition and overall well-being is evident in the tailored support he offers, helping those we care for lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

 

Outside of his professional role, Shahid enjoys staying active through exercise and cherishes quality time with his family, balancing his commitment to care with a healthy, active lifestyle.

Mudassar Rasool, one of our Team Leaders, is dedicated to providing outstanding care and support, ensuring that each resident receives the highest quality of service tailored to their needs.

 

Mudassar’s enthusiasm extends beyond traditional care, as he actively engages in activities with residents, including car show events and sports, to enhance their overall well-being and enjoyment.

 

His commitment to fostering meaningful connections and enriching experiences is a cornerstone of his role, making a positive impact on the lives of those we support.
